3. Opened to OTC’s attendees. ALAC’s employees/contractors are not eligible to win.
4. Winner will be notified via email only. Winner must claim the prize within 30 days after the announcement.
5. Prize will be drawn at 12:00 pm of 5/8/2014.
6. Winner agrees that ALAC may use his/her information for advertisement on websites or magazines.
